We are regularly confronted by the bullshit of "apologising for our communal guilt regarding slavery". Here's my view - Evidence of slavery predates written records, and has existed to varying extents, forms and periods in almost all cultures and continents (Wiki online). ie. Little old me didn't start this shit. To boot: Jack was all along the African coast selling other Jacks to even more Jacks. Along happened some Europeans that saw a marketing opportunity. Now, who exactly, is at fault here? I get the impression that in this case it was Jack.
